Founded in 1775 by John Aynsley, this well-known company has been producing high quality Fine China for the last 244 years. Based in Staffordshire, they have a reputation for producing beautiful china wares that showcase superlative designs and skilled craftsmanship. They have been a particular favourite with the British royal family during their history with Aynsley pottery being selected by Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana as wedding gifts. Aynsley is considered to be one of the most influential British tableware names.

In recent years, the company was purchased by Waterford Glass who renamed them Aynsley China Ltd and then in 1997, they became a part of the Belleek Pottery Group.
